Please include the following information when submitting a request:

• Group/organization name

• Account mailing address

• Account contact person (person responsible for booking and billing)

• Account phone number AND e-mail

• Desired facility, date, and time of reservation

Requests will be responded to in the order received (within 1-3 business days). Requests made after hours and the weekends will be responded to on the next business day (M-F).
